Delete Your Data

Last updated: 25 September 2026

Loomic creates an online account for you when you connect Google Play Games, so your high scores and leaderboard ranks can follow you. You can delete that account, and everything tied to it, at any time.

1. Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Loomic and go to Settings.
  2. Under Account, tap your Play Games name to show the account details.
  3. Tap Delete online account, then Delete to confirm.

This permanently deletes your Loomic account: your Play Games player ID and display name, all your scores and replays, your gameplay history, and your leaderboard entries. They are removed from our live database immediately and from our backups within 14 days. Online sync then stays off; turning it back on later starts a new, empty account.

2. Can't use the app?

Email privacy@zcentric.com with the subject "Delete my Loomic account" and include your Loomic support ID (Settings → Account) or your Play Games display name. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days.

3. Your progress on your device

Your levels, stars, achievements, settings, and local best scores are stored on your device, and deleting your online account keeps them. To erase them, uninstall Loomic or clear the app's storage in your device settings.

4. Your Google Play Games profile

Deleting your Loomic account does not delete your Google Play Games profile, which Google manages. You can manage it in the Google Play Games app or at myaccount.google.com.

5. Advertising data

Loomic shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier. You control this at any time:

  • Reset or delete your advertising ID — Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
  • Withdraw ad-personalization consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland) from the App's privacy settings, which re-opens Google's consent form.

Advertising data collected by Google is held under the Google Privacy Policy; you can review and control Google's ad data at myadcenter.google.com.
